11. Payments, Shipping, and Returns
All payments on this Site are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and policies of Stripe regarding payment processing.
Shipping fees are not included at checkout. Once an order is placed, shipping will be quoted separately based on your location and the nature of the products. You will be contacted with the shipping cost before the order is finalized and shipped.
All return requests must be submitted via email to hello@romerokitchendesign.com. Returns are not automatically accepted and are subject to approval. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within the timeframe specified in the return instructions.
Romero Design reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
